CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

We offer Yoga in a friendly, relaxed environment

to help bring balance to the body, mind , and spirit. Our classes are approachable for all levels, meeting you right where you are. Both in person and on ZOOM

BASIC 75 minutes

VINYASA FLOW

Appropriate for all levels -Consciously linking the movement of the body to the movement of the breath, these classes are a flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures- ncluding inversions and arm balances to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm. Students will be given modifications or amplifications as needed.

BASIC 60 minutes

VINYASA FLOW

Slow Flow

Vinyasa Flow - 75 minutes

BASIC Vinyasa taught at a slower pace, with lots of stretchy warm-ups and cool downs. We have time to break down and explain the more complicated poses and add in more rest periods. Great for beginners!

Yin Yoga

75 minutes

Increase the flexibility in your body with a softer, slower paced yoga practice. Great for beginners or maybe you love the intensity of your vinyasa class but are looking for the perfect restorative practice to compliment your fiery flow practice

Community Class

Is a BASIC 60 minutes Class at a reduced price

Chair Yoga

45 minutes @ $20.00
For those with injuries or limited mobility. In this class, we will work on balance, strength, and flexibility from a seated position and standing with the support of the chair.
