Instructor Bio:

David and Chrissy McSweeney

fell in love with yoga in the early 2000s and enrolled in teacher training with the intention of deepening their personal practice. Fast forward to 2013, they quit their jobs to open a community Yoga space because they passionately believe that everyone needs to learn how Yoga can enhance and even change their lives. Through Yoga, David has alleviated the chronic back pain that he suffered from years of playing Gaelic Football. Chrissy has used the tools she has gleaned to manage anxiety and insomnia. They both draw on their athletic and dance backgrounds to deliver vinyasa style classes that are a balance between strength and flexibility.
