Don’t forget , the Spring Schedule starts on April first! We added a new 9:30 am class on Friday and there are 2 more BASIC classes on the schedule . Also the 9:15 am classes on Saturday and Sunday will now be 9:00 am and all Thursday classes have had time changes.

We will be having a MINI CHALLENGE in May (7 or 10 day challenges) and will be holding the 30 DAY CHALLENGE again in July.

The inspiring mother/daughter team of Kellie and Mia Carroll completed their 30 day Challenge last night. It was hard to pick one pose that has improved the most for each. Mia has a great Astavakrasana and Kellie’s Handstand is awesome, but we are going with their Headstands , which neither was doing 30 days ago and now are strong and steady. Wonderful job ladies !
Julio Duran and Anthony Hillard completed their 30 day stretch last night. Julio actually did about 50 classes since he took 2 classes most days. They signed up on the same day and became fast friends mastering their One-Legged Crows together and both nearly pushing up into Handstand from Crow! Most improved for Anthony was his Headstand , which he can hold for quite a long time in the middle of the room. Julio now has a strong steady Fore-Arm Stand to be proud of. Way to go guys!
Brittany and Katie Padilla finished their 30 days last night. Their progress is amazing ! With a few doubles and a lot of 6:00am classes these sisters mastered their Headstands ( from crow -no wall) and Brittany can flip hers into Dwi Pada Viparita Dandansana ( look it up ) and Kat has an great Astavakrasana to brag about! Well done girls !
Spring is finally here! ( Although it always feels like summer at the Stretch) Our Vegan/Gluten Free Pot Luck is next Friday , March 28th. We are forgoing the class this time as it is getting to crowded to fit everybody in the room. Dinner at 8:00pm, just bring a Gluten Free /Vegan dish (contact us if you need ideas or if you don’t cook we can assign you to bring some supplies). We will be celebrating spring and the triumph of all our 30 Challengers who will all be finished with their challenge and picking up their T-Shirts. Stay tuned for the next challenge , which will be a “Mini Challenge” of 7 or 10 days coming in May!
Laura Ryan is latest challenger to finish the task and is reaping all the rewards of her hard work, including an amazing Fore-Arm Stand that she didn’t even think was possible 30 days ago . Congratulations Laura !

Clare Nassetta is the first of our challengers to graduate! It was a lot of hard work ( and a few double classes) but she now has a daily practice an awesome Full Wheel ! Way to go Clare!
