We will explore breath techniques, gentle stretching asana and guided visualization.

We have moved the Cooking Class to Sunday , November 4th .
Come learn how to make some really delicious Vegan soups , appetizers, main courses and desserts. Bring an adult beverage and make a night of it and bring your Tupperware because there are always leftovers!
