This clinic is for them
who wants to brush up on the foundation
of their practice .
We will be breaking down every pose and breathing technique and showing you how to use props to modify for your unique ability and how everything will combine to make up your personal practice. There will be plenty of time to ask questions .Absolutely zero experience necessary. The clinic will be held over 2 Sundays by both David and Chrissy and will cost $60 for both days

It is known that restorative yoga can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which enables automatic control of the body. As such, the regular nervous system will be at rest, and the muscles will become more relaxed. Constant practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illnesses and help you achieve optimal health.
