Four Yoginis  completed our 7 day challenge this week!

MARY’S dedication has resulted in a strong handstand  practice that she is very proud of!

PAM has picked fallen angel pose ( seen here ) as her most improved pose , impressive indeed!

KRISTEN earned herself another keychain and this beautiful fallen angel as well.

MARTINA is now able to come into this amazing full wheel unassisted and without the use of props after practicing for 7 days in a row !

SUMMER VACATION SCHEDULE

The studio will be closed for vacation from Thursday, August 26th , through Labor Day, reopening on Tuesday, September 8th (don’t worry we will remind you again)

POT LUCK

Our next VEGAN POT LUCK will be on Sunday , July 26th at 6pm and the theme will be GREEK … Bring a Vegan Dish or beverage and compete for first prize ( one free class) . The competition is stiff, if you need any ideas just let us know!
